The Sexton

Created by Alex Thomas, this Irish single malt whiskey is triple distilled and matured in Oloroso sherry casks sourced form Jerez de la Frontera in Spain. Bottled at 40% abv, The Sexton has a smooth, rich and approachable flavour for a thoroughly modern Irish whiskey.

Expect aromas of honeyed malt and dark chocolate, with hints of marzipan and mixed spice. The palate boasts flavours of dried fruit, nuts, spice and citrus oil, which lead into a lingering sweet finish of honey and oak.
