Cotswolds Sherry Cask

The Cotswolds Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky is a delightfully rich small batch release from the distillery’s Cask Expressions Collection. Matured in thougtfully curated marriage of select Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, to imbue the Cotswolds spirit with a delightful richness.  Bottled at cask strength (57.4% ABV) and non-chill filtered with no added colouring.

Expect a dram packed with aromas and flavours of dark chocolate, dried fruits and cooking spice.
