Lot 40 Dark Oak Description
Lot 40 Dark Oak is a bold Canadian rye whisky made from 100% rye grain and distilled in both a column still and copper pot still. It gets its name from the maturation process however, which involves two maturation periods in oak barrels, the first lightly charred, the second heavily charred to add depth. Bottled at 48% ABV, it is known for its rich, spicy depth and complex flavour.
