Produced at Black Fox Farm Distillery in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, this is 100% triticale single grain Canadian whiskey. The name ‘Triticosecale’ is derived from the Latin names of its parent grains, wheat (Triticum) and rye (Secale cereale), and offers a flavour profile that is unmatched.

Matured in new American oak barrels, in a combination of Canada’s hot, dry summers and bitterly cold winters, the intensity of this dram can’t be ignored. Bottled at 48.3% abv, expect butterscotch, vanilla, and warming baking spices at its core, layered with a distinctive marzipan character and a gentle undercurrent of maple and light caramel sweetness.
