Friends of The Spirits Exchange Loyalty Terms & Conditions

Please Read Carefully: These Terms and Conditions govern the “Friends of The Spirits Exchange” customer loyalty scheme. By opting into the program, you agree to be bound by these rules.

1. Introduction & Program Ownership

The loyalty program is operated by The Spirits Exchange Limited (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). We reserve the right to alter, amend, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, its benefits, or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility & Registration

  1. Age and Audience: Membership is open to individual retail customers worldwide who are of legal drinking age in their country of residence.

  2. Opt-In Requirement: To join the program, customers must actively “opt-in” rather than being enrolled automatically. Enrollment can be completed via:

    • The invitation link sent to our newsletter subscribers.

    • The sign-up checkbox presented during the website checkout process.

  3. One Account Limit: Only one account is permitted per customer. Multi-accounting to bypass purchase limits or exploit reward mechanics is strictly prohibited and will result in program banishment.

3. Earning Benefits & Rewards

  1. Exclusive Benefits: Members of the program will receive exclusive benefits, which may include:

    • Early Access: Priority purchase windows for highly anticipated, limited, or exclusive releases.

    • Quarterly Rewards: Customized vouchers, promotional discounts, or physical gifts issued every three months based on account engagement.

    • Exclusive Content: Access to tasting panels, industry knowledge base updates, and product development feedback surveys.

  2. Discretionary Distribution: The distribution, eligibility, and expiration dates of quarterly rewards are decided solely at our discretion.

  3. No Cash Value: Loyalty rewards and promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for currency, and are non-transferable between accounts.

4. Restrictions & Compliance

  1. Digital-Only Application: Loyalty benefits are currently digital-only and can only be earned and redeemed on our official e-commerce website. Standard retail store integration in physical locations may be introduced at a later date.

  2. Fraud Prevention: We reserve the absolute right to refuse orders, cancel rewards, or terminate memberships if we detect fraudulent activity, systematic returns of reward-earning purchases, or abuse of the checkout process.

  3. Local Duties & Taxes: Any taxes, duties, or local delivery compliance issues associated with receiving exclusive bottlings or rewards remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Data Privacy & Communication

Your personal data will be managed strictly in accordance with our general Privacy Policy. By opting into the loyalty program, you consent to receive program-related emails (such as quarterly rewards and early-access alerts). You can opt out of marketing communications at any time, though doing so may prevent you from receiving notices regarding your loyalty benefits.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
