Casamigos Blanco Tequila is made through a detailed process in which the agave is roasted for 10 times longer than usual and fermented for twice as long. After distillation, the Tequila is rested for two months, which tempers the spirit, resulting in fresh notes of lemon, grapefruit and marshmallows, complemented by hints of agave, green peppers, and wildflowers.
