Bottled at 49% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural in colour, it presents a rich aromatic profile of poached pears, cherry blossom, vanilla, and caramel brittle. The palate reveals layers of orchard fruits, fig, raisin, white chocolate, and butterscotch, complemented by delicate baking spices and a hint of orange oil. A lingering finish of oak, dark chocolate and cherry drops adds depth and warmth.
