The Lakes Whiskymaker’s Edition Kairos

A sherry-forward dram packed with flavour and showcasing the adventurous nature of The Whiskymaker’s Editions range, this ‘Kairos’ release takes its inspiration from the Greek town of the same name.

Bottled at 46.6% abv, you can expect a nose of spiced sultanas soaked in sherry, fragrant sandalwood and a dusting of cocoa powder, followed by a palate of dried apple slices with a light sweetness of treacle, polished oak and sweet spices. The finish follows like a warm summer breeze through the streets of a sun drenched Greek town, warming, and lightly spiced.
