A personal selection of old and elegant distillates, named for Midleton Master Distillery Barry Crockett, this single pot still Irish whiskey has been matured in seasoned and unseasoned American oak bourbon casks for 18 years. With over 30 illustrious awards received to date, this is a whiskey that truly embodies its name.

On the nose, expect aromas of vanilla, toasted oak, lime and pears before a palate full of green pepper, fresh citrus, orange, cinnamon, vanilla and oak. The full spectrum of flavours lasts well into the finish, slowly fading to expose the clean American oak foundation.
